Can I use my current gift/loyalty cards in the Ackroo platform?
Yes you can. Whether your cards are already in circulation or not your already purchased cards can be processed through the Ackroo platform. You simply need to provide an excel file of the full card numbers and balances plus any registration information if you are doing loyalty and Ackroo can easily import these cards into our platform.
How much is the setup fee?
Ackroo charges a per location setup fee to support all of the upfront work required to get your program live. The cost is $500 for the initial location and then $250 per additional location.
How long is the agreement for and can I change my monthly plan mid-term?
Ackroo’s standard agreement is 12 months with annual renewals. You can change your monthly plan at any time with no cost to upgrade and $15 to downgrade.
How and when do I pay for my fees?
Ackroo collects all payments through pre-authorized payment (void cheque or credit card). All one time fees are invoiced and collected on ordering and monthly fees are invoiced on the 1st of each month with payments pulled on the 15th of the month.
How much do cards and collateral costs and are there any minimums?
Cards and collateral pricing vary based on the volume ordered. The minimum order is 250 with volume discounts for every 250 ordered.
Does Ackroo provide any point of sale material to advertise our program?
Ackroo sells material like posters, banners, acrylic card holders etc.
What does it cost to use services like distribution or marketing?
For Distribution the only cost from Ackroo will be setting up and supporting a “reporting location” for your distribution channel. So an extra location fee. Email and direct mail marketing has a cost to setup these campaigns then a cost per email or direct mail piece pending on the volume being sent.
